AFI Dallas wrapped up this weekend in Dallas, with a star-studded red-carpet event playing host to the celebrities in town to promote their films. Among them was Jewel, with her husband, rodeo star Ty Murray, there to promote the film Heckler, a documentary from director David Addis in which she appears. The film is yet another diatribe bemoaning the death of newspaper critics at the hands of evil bloggers who do what they do better and faster. Where exactly Jewel fits in I can’t tell you, since I had better things to do than watch more whining about that tired old story, but apparently she appears in the film.
