Seal And Heidi Klum Reportedly Close To Signing Divorce Paperwork

Heidi Klum and Seal may have played a very public and inflammatory game of he-said-she-said over the past week, but that doesn’t mean their divorce isn’t still moving along smoothly. The estranged former spouses are reportedly very close to reaching an official settlement on their divorce that would allow each to finally move on from the relationship.

Heidi and Seal were wed in 2005. Their seven-year-marriage was widely considered among the more stable in Hollywood until it suddenly ended amidst allegations the singer had a private temper. A postnuptial agreement was signed prior to the marriage limiting what he could walk away with in the event of a break-up. Consequently, most thought the court proceedings would be quick and painless since there wasn’t a huge grudge and most of the paperwork had been done, but in recent weeks, whispers of a contentious negotiation began popping up.

He was allegedly mulling over a possible challenge of the postnup. She was allegedly furious about his public accusation that she slept with the help while they were still together. It all seemed to be paving the way for a bitter battle, but according to TMZ, everything has suddenly started coming up roses. He’s reportedly decided not to challenge the will. She supposedly wants to move on quickly, and the whole thing should be settled sooner rather than later.

We’ll keep you updated on the progress. Just because a marriage ends doesn’t mean the two parties need to make every effort to stick it to each other.
