Taylor Swift And Conor Kennedy: Do You Think They Make A Good Couple?

Taylor Swift and Conor Kennedy reportedly took a big step toward serious town this week. The pop princess and the son of Robert F Kennedy Jr were spotted out to a nice dinner with none other than her parents, supposedly the first time mom and dad got to grill their daughter’s new love.

As one of the most popular musicians in the world and a member of the most high profile family the United States offers, Taylor and Conor really seem like the perfect couple on paper. According to US Weekly, the two are very much in the “puppy love” stage and seem to be growing closer and closer.

Of course, there are a few problems on paper too. At eighteen, he’s a full four years younger than her. In addition, his mother tragically passed earlier this year, which is a huge emotional load to deal with. All that, coupled with her long history of dating numerous, very different famous men, has caused many observers to treat this budding relationship with a less than serious tone.

I get why people would be skeptical. In fact, I highly doubt this will work long-term, but since they’re both in their college years, I say why the hell not? If ever there was a time to date a Kennedy or a famous musician, it’s before children are in the equation.
