A recent survey of Cinema Blend readers has shown roughly eighty-two percent label themselves as middle to upper middle class. Most of them will probably find this next story absurd and ridiculous, but for the nine percent who mingle with the affluent, this tale of impulsive destruction might make a little more sense.

According to KTNV, Mike Tyson reportedly ran his black Escalade into the gate guarding an upscale Las Vegas neighborhood--probably because the damn thing wouldn’t open fast enough. Lord knows--part of me understands. As a proud member of the CB upper class wine drinkers, I’ve spent many a five minutes getting frustrated at the security guard of my local country club for taking what seems like an hour to open the damn gate. Now, I’ve never actually grown so infuriated that I ran my CRV through the gate, but I’ve considered it many a time. Apparently, Mike Tyson’s fuse is a little shorter than mine. Who would have guessed?

Police were called onto the scene, and Tyson was issued a sobriety test, which he passed--probably on account of it being before eight A.M. The former World Heavyweight Champion was ultimately ticketed before being allowed to enter the upscale subdivision.
