Uma Thurman Welcomes Third Child Into The World

Uma Thurman has had a bit of a tumultuous love life. Her marriage to Ethan Hawke produced two lovely children but collapsed in 2003. Her recent partnership with Arpad Busson has had its trials, with the couple breaking off their engagement briefly back in 2009. Things have been rosier since then, however, with Thurman announcing she was pregnant back in February.

At the time, it was unclear how far along the Smash actress was and whether or not she would be having a little boy or girl. Yesterday, Thurman popped out her third child and, according to The Los Angeles Times, it’s a little girl! There’s no word yet on what the actress and her financier boyfriend have named the little tyke, but between the couple’s four kids with different partners—Flynn, Cy, Levon, and Maya—I’m guess the name will be cute and a little weird.

Despite the Times noting the pregnancy was a surprise for the couple, they seem very happy with their little bundle of joy. With Thurman’s representative affirming both mom and the baby are happy and doing well post birth, in no time the family should be setting up shop at home and leaking the kid’s name out into the universe.
