Amanda Bynes Adds To Pathetic Vehicular Legacy By Hitting Another Car

In an apparent effort to get herself sent to jail, Amanda Bynes took her suspended license and her BMW out for a drive yesterday, and not surprisingly, ran into another car. The actress was reportedly pulling out of a parking structure in West Hollywood on Sunset Boulevard when she coasted slightly too far and bumped into the back of a random chick’s car. After a brief exchange of not-so-pleasantries and a look at the undamaged vehicles, the women decided to go their separate ways.

The exchange was caught on tape and will play on E! News this evening, which isn’t very good news for Bynes. Ordinarily, such a minor event wouldn’t even be of note, but because of the actress’ suspended license and recent driving record, it’s just the latest strike in a six-month fiasco that will likely put her behind bars, if only for a few days.

The string of vehicular mistakes allegedly began in April when she was arrested on suspicion of a DUI. Multiple hit-and-run charges followed, as did at least one unrelated accident. Last week, a judge suspended her license, but on Tuesday, she was supposedly spotted smoking and joyriding around the San Fernando Valley. If the latest video actually was shot yesterday, it would seem to be a blatant middle finger pointed toward the court for stripping her of driving privileges.

Amanda is due back in court on September 21st. We’ll let you know what the judge has to say.
