Bieberís Buddy Lil Twist Accused Of Battery
By Mack Rawden 2 years ago
Justin Bieber spends a lot of time away from home. With a rigorous touring schedule and numerous appearances to make, he sleeps other places a lot of nights. That doesnít mean his house is empty, however. Apart from the Biebs, the pop starís buddies Lil Twist and Lil Za live inside the mansion. They drive his cars. They have people over, and unfortunately, they sometimes get accused of sketchy behavior. Last month, Lil Twist was pulled over on suspicion of driving under the influence, and this week, he was hit with a battery accusation.
According to TMZ, Lil Twist was inside Bieberís home hanging out with a random chick early this morning when the girl decided to leave. At that point, Lil Twist allegedly got very forceful in trying to make her stay. He even supposedly grabbed her arm in a very violent manner. Eventually, the unidentified woman was able to make it out to her car and drive to a nearby police station where she promptly filed a battery report.
No one from Bieberís camp has spoken publically to offer a different side of the story, but considering how early it is into the formal investigation, thereís really no point in jumping to conclusions. After all, we donít even know what Lil Twist and this lady were doing before she decided to leave. Were they fooling around? Were they smoking pot? Were they hanging out platonically? Were they making smores in a bonfire in the back yard? All of those possibilities spin the case in a very different direction as far as theories, possible motivations, likelihood the battery happened, etc.
Regardless of whether thereís any truth to this or not, itís just the latest in a long series of negative headlines related to the Biebs and his buddies. Despite advice to the contrary, heís repeatedly refused to kick the guys out of his house, and at this point, it doesnít seem like this incident will change anything. As a homeowner, thatís obviously his right, but as a man who makes his living off the goodwill of the general public, he might be well served to at least have a conversation with his friends about toning down the bad press a bit.
It wasnít always this way. At one point in time, the Biebsí friends actually were a public relations plus. To remember those good old days, you can check out this fun video they all made during the height of the ďCall Me MaybeĒ crazeÖ
