A movie trailer gives the viewer a taste of the movie that is to come, it builds excitement and increases the attention given to the film. A book is not the same. Reading the first five pages of a great book without the opportunity to continue on can be one of the most frustrating experiences available because you can’t create a teaser trailer with a novel, a comic book, or a group of short stories. Regardless, it does achieve the same, if not a greater sense of excitement because of the inevitable frustration that comes from only reading a few pages of a great book.

So it is with Frank Miller’s new comic book, Holy Terror, which will not be released until September. The first five pages of the 120 page graphic novel can now be viewed at Legendary.com.
