Is It More Funny Or Sad That Rob Pattinson Will Have To See Kristen For Twilight Events?

There are a lot of people I feel bad for after the whole Kristen Stewart cheating fiasco. I feel bad for Kristen because she’s a twenty-two-year-old girl who made one mistake and is being treated like Annie Wilkes from Misery. I feel bad for her (now ex) boyfriend Rob because he not only got cheated on but also had the evidence of it splashed in front of his face. I feel bad for Rupert Sanders’ wife Liberty because she didn’t do a single thing wrong, and honestly and selfishly, I feel really bad for myself as I will be forced to watch uncomfortable Twilight appearances featuring the two stars.

I suspect both Stewart and Pattinson, who will have to make appearances together in the future, will tell media outlets any personal life questions are off limits, but even if they do, all anyone is going to be thinking about is how she cheated on him. It’ll hang over every single conversation the two have with anyone over the next year. This story has gotten too big and gone on too long for it to go any other way. Think of it like the Brad Pitt and Jennifer Aniston situation. If those two were even photographed sitting across the table from each other, years and years after they broke up, people would still immediately think of what once was.

From my perspective, all this impending awkwardness is most assuredly an awful thing, but believe it or not, some of my fellow writers at Cinema Blend actually think this drama will make Twilight promo far more entertaining. They can’t wait to watch the two squirm near each other on red carpets across the world.
