Is It Time For Rob Pattinson To Forgive Kristen Stewart?

Reconciliation rumors centering around Rob Pattinson and Kristen Stewart certainly aren’t a new trend, but hearing them from legitimate sources is. Numerous outlets have reported an alleged meeting between the two former lovers this past weekend, and if their friends are to be believed, it’s probably a first step toward a full blown continuation of the romance.

Sources told People earlier today that R-Patz had every intention of staying split with Stewart following her very public indiscretion, but staying apart from her is “clearly harder than expected.” Following the initial separation, the actress was very open about her desire to continue the relationship. She hasn’t spoken publically in awhile, but one would imagine she still holds those same feelings. Consequently, it’s really up to Rob where things go from here.

From the outside looking in, it’s easy to say he should punish her poor decision making by going in a different direction with his life, but if she’s the girl he loves, that decision ultimately punishes himself too. Regardless of what people think, he needs to do what makes him the happiest, and to this point, being with Kristen has always made him the happiest, at least before she screwed up in a huge way.
