You probably think John Travolta has been around since the mid-1970s when he starred on the sitcom Welcome Back, Kotter, but the truth is he’s been around since the ‘60s, the 1860s. At least that’s what new photo evidence is indicating. An eBay user apparently came across a century and a half old picture of someone who looks remarkably like the actor, and the unidentified user is now selling the picture for fifty thousand dollars. Sounds like an absurd joke, right? Take a look at the photo below…



Two weeks ago, I probably would have called bullshit on this whole thing, but we now live in a world where particles travel faster than the speed of light and scientists can record your dreams. John Travolta remaining the same age for a hundred and fifty years seems like a cakewalk in comparison to that nonsense.

I think the most amazing thing about the picture has to be the chin, right? The similarity is uncanny. In all seriousness though, this must be a picture of the actor’s great great grandfather. Scientology might be a thumbs up on reincarnation, but with skillful enough breeding, a strong family resemblance could be carried on for numerous generations. We’ll keep you updated if Travolta publicly comments on what the hell is going on here.
