Olivia Wilde And Tao Ruspoli Are Officially Divorced
Eight years ago, Olivia Wilde eloped with Tao Ruspoli, an Italian prince, in the back of an abandoned school bus in Virginia. She was just nineteen, but unfortunately, forever was not in the cards. The couple announced their separation in February, and she officially filed for divorce in March. Late last week, a Los Angeles judge granted their petition to end the union, though the pair seem to have cooperated remarkably well during the transition period.
According to People, Wilde and Ruspoli divided all of their assets privately and agreed to go their separate ways without spousal support. Iím unaware of what his financial situation is like, but one would assume a prince and a movie star would have plenty to fight over if they were so inclined. Itís nice to see theyíre not doing that and instead using their time to worry about more imperative concerns. For her, thatís several upcoming projects including Welcome To People and The Words and for him, thatís taking pictures, making films and playing the flamenco guitar.
Sometimes marriages donít work out, but without kids, thereís no reason why any of them should get messy. Pop Blend sends out its well wishes to both Wilde and Ruspoli as they transition back into the single life. Something tells me both will definitely land on their feet.
