Veteran rocker Sting has ruled out collaborating with his singing offspring Coco and Joe - because he's convinced he'd just "mess up" their style.

The Roxanne hitmaker's 19-year-old daughter fronts her own band, I Blame Coco, while Joe, 33, is the lead singer of Fiction Plane. Sting admits he can spot star potential in his kids, but he's hesitant at the thought of teaming up with them in the studio.

He tells People magazine, "I have two musicians and I recognize the DNA. But you don't want some old guy messing up your vibe." (MT/PE/KL)
