Based on the top-selling, award-winning videogame franchise, the "Hitman" is a genetically-engineered, elite assassin known only as Agent 47. His hallmarks are a lethal grace, unwavering precision, and resolute pride in his work. But even 47 couldn't anticipate a "random equation" in his life of exactitude: the unexpected stirrings of his conscience and the unfamiliar emotions aroused in him by a mysterious Russian woman.

Timothy Olyphant just doesn’t sell himself as a big, bad, bald hitman. He looks like a quasi-weakling trying to pass himself off as a big, bad, bald hitman. I have great faith in Olyphant, but every time I’ve seen him being bad ass it’s with hair. Can he pull off the same style without it? I don’t know. The trailer doesn’t sell me on it, but I’ve got enough interest to still give the film a try instead of just writing it off as a near Uwe Boll level fiasco.

After watching the trailer, I got the sense that 47 is going to be portrayed as a hero figure rather than a stoic who kills for money. I want the cold blooded assassin out for revenge. not some Boondock Saint with genetically altered super powers. I have a feeling we are going to be disappointed with this film.

he looks like a cranky michael stipe.

when is hollwood gonna get off their butss and write something original and stop using other peoples success in video games and comics and write something "they" come up with... how many times can you remake a movie beofre it becomes bland, watered-down, and unsurprisingly predicatable... it seems like i am watching the smae movie over and over.....
