Official Plot Synopsis
It’s a psychological thriller about a pair of perfect Manhattan parents (Rockwell and Farmiga) in a perfect Manhattan apartment. But their lives begin to fall apart after the birth of their second child, a daughter named Lilly. When they bring Lilly home, a dark side of their oldest son Joshua starts to reveal itself.
