A housewife is shocked when her husband dies in a car crash and suddenly reappears the next day. She realizes it was only a premonition and tries to avert the tragedy.

It’s more of the same from Sandra Bullock, who seems to do one of these pseudo-romantic, pseudo-supernatural movies every year or two. Oh she occasionally takes a break for a horrible Miss Congeniality sequel, but for the most part this is what Sandra’s career has become. It’s not pretty.
If not for her glorified cameo in Crash a couple of years ago, I think we’d be safe in declaring Sandra Bullock’s career completely deceased. As it is, she’s on life support. It’s not that she’s bad, it’s just that she keeps picking boring, loser projects. There’s no reason to think Premonition will be any different. It’s The Lake House with less romance and more scary, thriller music.
