ABC had a good night last night in the ratings, though given the lack of much competition, thatís not all that surprising. Wednesday night saw the return of ABCís two-hour comedy block, followed by an hour of delicious, soapy drama with Revenge, and viewers tuned in.
ďGod, Elton! Canít you suck?!Ē If those words sound familiar, youíve probably seen Clueless a few times more than most, and if thatís the case, youíre likely to love this news. Suburgatory may be playing host to a mini-Clueless reunion. Word is, Alicia Silverstone is going to guest star on the ABC comedy series.
ABC has made the wise decision to give full-season orders to two of their most promising shows this fall. Comedy series Suburgatory has been given a full season order, as has drama series Revenge, which has become the ultimate guilty-pleasure obsession for yours truly this fall.
Joining ABCís Wednesday night comedy block is Suburgatory, a fish-out-of-water comedy about a father and daughter who leave the city behind and settle down in the suburbs. Between the cast and the set-up, thereís definitely something worth watching here.

Such is the case for his role in the upcoming ABC comedy series Suburgatory.
ABC has all of their ducks (and planes, angels, dancing celebrities, and modern families) in a row for the Fall 2011 primetime TV lineup. The network announced the schedule today, which includes super-sized premieres for Modern Family, The Middle, and Greyís Anatomy, among others.
With Better With You cancelled, that leaves the 8:30 p.m. spot open for something new and ABC is filling the gap with Suburgatory, a comedy series that follows a single father who moves his teen daughter from the city to the suburbs.
The latest bit of pilot-casting news includes new TV roles for Minnie Driver and Alan Tudyk. Both pilots have religious sounding titles, though neither appears to have anything to do with religion. While Driverís set to star in a pilot for CBSí Hail Mary , Tudyk was cast in ABCís Suburgatory.
