Look, I accept that when you have something as popular as the Wii the plastic makers of the world will flock to it like geeks to a Star Wars cosplay party. I accept that. But that doesn’t make this “laser sword” any better. You can gauge the caliber of the product when the outlet trying to sell it to you also mentions you might like those stupid plastic tennis rackets for your Wii remote for playing sports games. You know…like Wii Sports.

It doesn’t even end there. The image at the top of the page states: ”You were dreaming of it…now it’s here!” I remember having a dream about taking a hike in the woods and making a fried fish dish over a fire when a polar bear attacked me. My memory is fuzzy on desiring a cheap piece of plastic “laser sword.” Besides I have a Master Replica Darth Vader light sabre, so I’m pretty good on the glowing and noise making plastic sword situation.
