I’ve mentioned before that I’m a fan of Wil Wheaton, former Star Trek: The Next Generation actor and up-and-coming writer. His blog is great and his books, which expand further on thoughts initially shared in his blog, make for a great read.
As usual, you really get the best read when an author performs his own work, and now you get the chance to hear Wheaton perform an excerpt from his new book, Happiest Days of Our Lives, as well as his column on one of Next Gen’s episodes from his column at TV Squad. The hour-long performance is from Wheaton’s recent appearance at Phoenix ComicCon. The actor does warn that the second half or so includes some NSFW language.
The initial recording of Wheaton’s performance was made by Pulp Gamer, who have made an mp3 version of the show available. However, according to Wheaton’s blog, their server is having problems keeping up with the demand, so you might want to check out some of the mirrors below.
