Beavis And Butt-Head Preview: Episode 2 - Daughter's Hand

Beavis and Butt-Head made its grand return to MTV last night, re-introducing mainstream society to the two idiots who, despite their dim-wittedness, still manage to keep their fingers on the pulse of society. We have a clip from next week’s episode, which re-introduces a classic B&B character...

Last night’s series re-debut had them seeking out a creature of the night, hoping they’d be bit and then score some chicks, since it seems all the men getting chicks in this day and age are vampires or werewolves. Of course, getting bit by a werewolf results in them contracting just about every communicable disease imaginable. The other half of the episode followed Butt-Head mocking Beavis for crying during a fake-episode of The Bachelor. Onions may or may not have been to blame for the tears, but that didn’t stop Butt-Head from antagonizing Beavis for being a weepy baby, well into their elder years. “It’s ok to cry. Crying takes the sad out of you...”

The best music video segment was probably the one that had them commenting on why anyone would subject a baby to horrible monster costumes for the sake of a music video.

Next week, it appears Beavis and Butt-Head will be vying for a girl’s hand. What exactly they want with the girl’s hand, isn’t clear, but Anderson gets involved...

Something tells me, they aren’t looking for marriage. In fact, Beavis’ classic “Boi-oi-oi-oi-ng!” comment as they approach the house has me thinking their intentions aren’t entirely admirable.

Beavis and Butt-Head airs Thursdays at 10:00 p.m. ET on MTV.
