Shameless Season 4 Poster Shows The Gallaghers Looking All Fired Up

“Shameless

Ok, who got the Gallaghers all fired up? Knowing what we do about the upcoming fourth season of the underrated Showtime drama, it’s more a “what” than a “who” per se for these Shameless characters. But the new poster for Season 4 teases a united front as the Gallaghers look as though they’re roaring for a revolution. And as the tagline says, “This ain’t no tea party.”

TVLine shared the above poster, leaving us to speculate over what this family is all fired up about. The answer to that question may be in the previously released teasers for the fourth season, which debuts January 12. The video below revisits the Gallaghers and focuses on three specific characters:

Fiona (Emmy Rossum) has job issues. Frank (William H. Macy) has health issues. And Lip (Jeremy Allen White) has school issues. Lip’s the brains of the family, and as of the end of Season 3, he was college-bound. But would it be all that surprising if he wasn’t adjusting so well to college life? I’m kind of torn over how I feel about that prospect. On one hand, I want Lip to succeed, but on the other hand, I wouldn’t complain if he had a reason to come home. So we’ll have to wait and see how that plays out.

And here are the individual teasers for some of the Gallaghers, starting with Fiona:

And you can watch Frank flip over a wheelchair in his here:

Meanwhile, it’s looking like Lip’s had enough of school in his teaser:

With the series set to return in almost a month’s time, hopefully we’ll get to see a full trailer sometime in the near future. In the meantime, it’s exciting to see the Gallaghers looking fired up and ready for a fight. They’re at their most entertaining when something’s got them going. We also have the return of Episodes to look forward to!
