This New Between Two Ferns Episode With Brad Pitt May Be The Best One Ever

Brad Pitt has been making the rounds to hype up his new film Fury, popping up on Jimmy Fallon and more. More recently he appeared on Between Two Ferns with Zach Galifianakis to share stories from the set. Galifianakis goes for the comedic jugular in the sketch, but it’s the sort of thing you should experience for yourself. Check out Between Two Ferns, below.

The video segment starts out with Galifianakis’ mispronunciation and misspelling of Pitt’s name, which is amusing, since Galifianakis’ name often suffers the same fate. The comedian is just getting started, though. He rips about tabloid photos in Playgirl years ago, before finally getting to Pitt’s new movie, which he dubs “Furry.” The pot shots don’t end there, however.

My personal favorite portion of this video is when Galifianakis asks Pitt if it is “hard to maintain a suntan?” Pitt takes the bait, asking, “Why?” Zach Galifianakis’ response is, “Because you live in your wife’s shadow.” While I think that’s highly debatable, it’s still a pretty sick burn.

Those who make it to the end of the 5-minute segment will be rewarded with gum-swapping between the two men, a fantastic Jennifer Aniston Friends reference and Brad Pitt spitting his gum out onto Galifianakis’ face.

If you need to get more of a Between Two Ferns fix, you can catch the one where President Obama gets in a few good comments, the one where Will Ferrell wears a Lakers shirt with a mismatched hat, and the one where Bradley Cooper melts down.
