The Fresh Prince Of Bel-Air Cast Reunited, And It’s Like Nobody Aged At All

Some sitcoms (and sitcom characters) come and go with little fanfare, while others take on lives of their own and become instantly iconic. The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air fits into the latter set. It's been over two decades since the beloved comedy series went off the air, and the cast recently came together for a reunion that's not only a reminder of how much we love that classic 1990s series, but also a startling confirmation that none of these actors have aged a day since we last saw them together. Check out the reunion picture below to see for yourself.

Look at that picture. It's like the cast of The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air stepped out of a time machine. They all look absolutely fantastic, and it's nothing if not heartening to see that they have stayed close since the end of the show in 1996. Of course, we obviously need to point out one of the more upsetting omissions from this particular photo. James "Uncle Phil" Avery is missing from this picture because the actor tragically passed away due to complications from open heart surgery in 2013. Although he is no longer with us, he easily cemented his place as one of the most iconic and beloved sitcom father figures of all time. The guy could instill the fear of God in you when he wanted to, but he could also deliver a loving bear hug to cap off an episode -- as any good sitcom dad should.

Now, for the sake of comparison, check out a picture of the cast of The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air (sans Joseph Marcell's Geoffrey) during the heyday of the series:

Be honest. If I told you that those pictures were only taken a few months apart (a couple of years at the most), some of you might actually believe it. The entire cast has aged phenomenally, and it's a stark reminder that none of us look as good as we did back in 1996. Will Smith has already stated that he doesn't necessarily have any desire to return to that particular universe for a reunion episode, but they easily could if they wanted to. Or if Smith wanted to play a rebooted Uncle Phil, he's already proven he has that look locked down.

It's been over 20 years since The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air ended its six-season run, and the cast still looks this damn good. When they reunite after another 20 years, we have a feeling that they still won't have aged a day. By the way, we totally know that Geoffrey was underserved in this article, so check out a video of his funniest moments on the next page for an awesome reminder of how much you love The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air!
