Are More Big Game Of Thrones Reunions Coming To Season 7?

As the days grow longer and temperatures rise, the itch for spring and summer hits most of us. And for TV fans, summer brings one of the happiest times of the calendar year: a new season of Game of Thrones. With just two short seasons left, we can expect plenty of payoffs and crossovers to finally occur. And for most diehard fans, they're hoping more members of the Stark family will finally reunite, joining Sansa and Jon's alliance at Winterfell.

Luckily, we just may have our wish. HBO's new ads have just been released, featuring favorite characters from each of their successful shows. A ton of Game of Thrones characters show up, in particular Arya and Bran. They both appear to be doing much better, and are wearing fine Nothern clothing, possibly hinting at a family reunion in Winterfell. Just check out Arya.

Arya Stark in Season 7's costume

We haven't seen Arya looking this put together since she was far younger, and safe in King's Landing. It's been a very tough road for the youngest Stark daughter, and she's been without comfort, clothes, and food basically since the tail end of Season 1.

And while Arya could seemingly end up anywhere, it's the type of clothes she's wearing that make me think she'll end up back home in Season 7. Those are heavy, northern garbs that are meant to keep the harsh elements of the cold away. And while she's not wearing a Stark wolf, the fur combination feels exactly like something Ned or Jon would wear.

Bran is looking better as well, check out the first peek at him in Season 7 below.

Bran in Season 7 of game of Thrones

Luke Arya, Bran is looking much more spiffy and put together than he has in years. After fleeing Winterfell with Rickon, Osha, and Hodor, Bran has had quite the long journey and transformation. Now that he's the One Eyed Raven, his powers of warging and prophetic dreams will be extremely valuable in the war against the White Walkers. Considering that he and Meera have faced off against their share of the undead, they'll also be able to give first hand accounts that will back up Jon's claims.

Both Arya and Bran got significantly closer to their family in Winterfell by Game of Thrones' Season 6 finale. At the point the season ended, Arya had finally traveled back to Westeros, just in time to assassinate Walder Frey at The Twins. With another name crossed of her death list, perhaps she'll reunite with Sansa and Jon in order to get started on another big name: Cersei. If she could assassinate the Lannister matriarch for Jon, it could change everything for Westeros.

Bran also ended up just north of The Wall, which makes me think he'll be the first Stark to reach Jon and Sansa in Winterfell. If he tells the Night's Watch who he is, they'll be sure to transport him home to Winterfell.

Arya and Bran aren't the only ones rocking some new duds, check the next page to see more of your favorites' costumes.

Dany In a warm new costume for Season 7

Perhaps no character's costumes are quite as popular and gorgeous as Dany's. And HBO's new ads feature Khaleesi rocking far more fabric than we've ever seen her wear before. Rather than a bare back or midriff, Dany is completely covered up in order to endure the much cooler Westerosi climate. Dany and her fleet are no doubt heading to Dragonstone, a massively important castle for the Targaryen lineage. And she's going to need warm clothes, especially as the long winter rages on.

Similarly, both Tyrion and Missandei are rocking new matching duds.

Missandei in a warm black dress and cloak

Missandei's new garb is interesting the same way Dany's is: she's completely covered up! Missandei's costuming has usually featured peekaboos and cutouts to feature the actress' figure, but now that she's in Westeros she's going to need to cover up or catch a cold.

Tyrion Wearing a new coat, with the hand of the queen pin

With Tyrion now the official Hand of the Queen, expect to see that shiny new broach on his costumes for the foreseeable future. It's a far cry from the red and gold Lannister gear he used to sport in the Seven Kingdoms, and we can bet that nobody will unceremoniously strip him of this Hand title the way he lost his old title in King's Landing.
