2009 Fall TV Premiere: Eastwick

One of ABC’s new drama series premiering during the Fall 2009 season is Eastwick. Set to air Wednesdays at 10:00pm ET.

Eastwick - Three very different women find themselves drawn together by a mysterious man who unleashes unique powers in each of them, and this small New England town will never be the same. The series is based on the popular movie "The Witches of Eastwick" and on the novel of the same title by John Updike.

More 80s stories are on their way to ABC. This one is based on the Jack Nicholson helmed film. I have to admit that The Witches of Eastwick is a movie I’ve not seen in at least a decade, but I do remember vaguely enjoying it. This has some potential to do well, even if it’s another ABC show I don’t personally tune in for.
