24 Trailer Boosts Bauer Buzz Don’t expect Jack Bauer to regret the decisions that he has made because the truth is – he doesn’t. This, according to the Bauer in the 24 Season 7 trailer that was released yesterday. Fans flocked to Times Square to view the premiere on the giant screen while the rest of us have to settle for the streaming video online. If you don’t want to know anything about the new season of 24, which premieres on Sunday, January 18th at 8:00 p.m. on Fox (Hour 2 airs the day after), read no further!

On Wednesday, Variety reported that the seventh season of 24 will take place in DC, unlike previous seasons, which have been situated in Los Angeles. The plan is to shoot the first few episodes in our nation’s capital and then the rest will be shot in California (using green screens).

This summer, word got out that the makers of the hit series were having trouble with budgets and at one point they had to start all over with the story for the new season. Based on the trailer that premiered this week, it looks like they may have made the right choice. This season looks crazy! Tony Almeida is alive? Tony Almeida is the bad guy? Tony Almeida shaved off his soul patch?! Has the world gone mad?!!!

It also looks like Jack’s little habit of rule-bending when it comes to interrogation tactics has caught up with him as he appears to be on trial for torturing terrorists.
