This week’s Valentine’s-themed episode of 30 Rock features a guest appearance by Elizabeth Banks as well as a cameo by Jon Bon Jovi. We have some clips from the episode, both of which feature the guest stars. Spoilers ahead!

What’s worse than being alone on Valentine’s Day? Probably a lot of things; one of them being having Jon Bon Jovi point out that you’re alone on Valentine’s Day. Below is NBC’s episode description for this week’s episode of 30 Rock and further down are a couple of clips.
