Beavis and Butt-Head return to MTV tonight, and the reasons to be excited should be fairly obvious, however if you aren’t already counting down the minutes, we put our heads together and came up with thirty-six reasons why we’re excited about Beavis and Butt-head’s return.

It's been a while since our favorite slacker pair sat on their couch and ripped MTV music videos apart for a half-hour every week on their self-titled show Beavis and Butt-Head. Of course, we were also lucky enough to get a feature film in order to bridge the gap but even that film came out 15 years ago. Yes, it's been 15 years since Mike Judge last worked with the two characters that made him the successful filmmaker he is today. Here he sits down to talk about them.

MTV has some interesting things lined up for Comic-Con this year, including a panel for the return of Beavis and Butthead. As a fan of the original B&B, I have my reservations about whether there’s a place for the duo among today’s youth, so I’m more than a little bit curious to see how the series is showcased at the panel, which will feature creator Mike Judge and Jackass’ Johnny Knoxville.
Hulu Plus may make you feel a bit nostalgic with some of the TV series they’ve added to their content. Among the Viacom shows that are now available to paying subscribers are The Real World Seasons 1 and 2, Beavis and Butthead and the first season of Road Rules.
