Sorry, fans. There is no Arrow airing this evening. Bust out the 'bah! humbugs' because you can probably blame the holidays for The CW series taking a month and a week break. At least the mid-season finale, "Year's End," was a great send-off for the freshman superhero series and we also have the majority of the episodes to look forward to with 13 scheduled for the second half of the year.
Sure, Arrow doesn't return until the middle of January but that doesn't mean the network as forgotten about the Starling City vigilante and the fans itching to see more of him in action.It's not much, but The CW has released a short promo for the still far from airing tenth episode. It's called "Burned." Take a look.
Like the audience, it seems like Oliver has also taken about a month and a half of from Arrow by the time "Burned" comes around, probably because he's still recovering from the effects of "Year's End." He did take a few arrows to the back, so I guess it's understandable. But when Laurel expresses some need, it's time to get back to work and seek out what looks like a fiery villain intent on causing, well, at least an action packed episode. Hm, a month is a long time.
Arrow returns with Episode 10, “Burned,” on Wednesday, January 16 at 8 p.m. ET on The CW.
