This week Family Guy is going after Lauren Conrad, soon to be former The Hills star. Fans of FG would think nothing of this, as the show constantly goes after celebrities. Except for the most part those celebs are derided and made fun of without their involvement. The Simpsons has long been the cartoon of choice for celebrity guest starring roles, but FG has been building up a fanbase within the Hollywood community as it simultaneously makes fun of them.
