Clone Wars - New Episodes Are Just The Start

If you are a Clone Wars fan, you may or may not know that, Cartoon Network has started airing encore presentations of Friday’s new episodes the following Saturday. So, if you are one of the unfortunate few who still don’t have a Tivo, this is great news. Or, if you just like to watch the same episode over and over and over, you now have another chance!

What you probably don’t realize is that the official website of Star Wars features some other awesome bonuses. "Complementing each episode is an online comic, exclusive to StarWars.com and written by Star Wars expert Pablo Hidalgo. Four different artists offer unique and intriguing interpretations of the signature style of Lucasfilm Animation, and the stories serve as a "prequel" to individual episodes, showcasing the backstory that precedes the on-screen action."

The new episodes are released every Monday. Starwars.com & CartoonNetwork.com both also feature streaming video of two episodes at a time that have been previously aired.

Since the holidays are coming, Clone Wars merchandise is definitely at the top of many kids’ (and adults for that matter) lists. There are games for the Wii and DS, and all kinds of toys in your favorite department store. Might I suggest the Clone costume for your little guy? Mine wants one more than anything else.

Isn’t it funny that thanks to Clone Wars kids aren’t afraid to be what once would have unashamedly been referred to as the enemy? This show has made the Clones more human, and more likeable for sure.
