Courteney Cox Gets A Role In A Great Show

One of the burning questions on my mind is who could possibly replace Bob Kelso as Chief of Medicine on Scrubs. Well, I got my answer, and in case it’s been bugging you, I’ll let you in on the scoop. Courteney Cox. Yup, I’m serious!

I think this is a great move by the writers, producers, or whoever it is that makes such executive decisions. You couldn’t very well bring in another old guy, it had to be someone no one was expecting!

The news was reported by Ausiello last night, and the only part of the story that I found disappointing is that she ”is joining the cast of Scrubs for a three-episode arc as Sacred Heart's new Chief of Medicine.” Only three episodes???? I guess they probably reserve the right to extend based on viewer reception.

Either way, it’s nice to see one of my all-time favorite TV actresses getting a shot at a great role on an even greater comedic show. I can’t wait to see how she does!
