Eva Longoria Wants Michael Douglas As An Ex-Lover

Eva Longoria is trying to lure Michael Douglas into joining the cast of “Desperate Housewives”. She thinks he’d make a great guy to hop in bed with.

Eva stars with Douglas in the upcoming thriller The Sentinel, and told BANG Media that she liked him so much that she thinks he’d be a perfect fit as one of her old lovers on "Housewives". He’s certainly got the “old” part covered, Michael Douglas is a not at all well preserved 61. I’m sure the fact that Eva Longoria would make a great ex-lover for her went over particularly well with his wife, the fiery tempered Catherine Zeta-Jones.

Whether Douglas would be interested or not is unknown, but he does say Longoria impressed him on the set of The Sentinel… with her marksmanship. “She probably shot better than 90 per cent of the police officers in the country.” Maybe you should do it Mike, she doesn’t sound like someone you’d want to piss off.

Michael Douglas or no Michael Douglas, I think it’s becoming pretty clear that like most prime time soap operas, “Desperate Housewives” peaked in season one. Bringing in the saggy, former Basic Instinct star probably isn’t going to help.
