Dog, everyone at some time or another says something that gets them in trouble. I've watched your show, and you need to keep up the good work. This will fade into the shadows soon. Its just another test for you to get through. Remember you will not be tested beyond what you can bear. I dont think your a racist, millions of others dont think your racist. Dr. Phil is a smart man, but he doesnt know as much as he thinks he does. He needs to stop speaking in circles, and get off his soapbox. I am relieved that the whole Mexico mess has been cleared up. Take a look at this picture and tell whats wrong: a rapist, who could have turned to murder or maybe had already? is captured after our lovely country let him free until he was sentenced knowing he had the money to flee, however it took the Dog and his crew to locate & capture. As said before our gov. accepted & convicted him so that would mean the US assisted the Chapmans in this so called crime.

Duane “Dog the Bounty Hunter” Chapman, his son Leland, and his brother Tim were all arrested in Hawaii by federal marshals at the request of Mexico. Their crime? The “across the border” capture of Andrew Luster, a notorious rapist who is currently serving 124 years in a California prison. Instead of giving them each a medal, the government of Mexico wants to lock them up. How is that for gratitude? Well No Way, Jose', it ain't going to happen!

They say bounty hunting is technically illegal in Mexico, but of course it is not illegal the United States. And in order for an extradition to be legal, the act in question must be illegal in BOTH countries, which is not the case here. The US government are 100% wrong to even consider this fraudulent extradition request and frankly they need to be told to shove it sideways! Since they ignore average Americans, the goverment needs to tell them that this extradition request is completely denied as the trash that it is! When they decide to get their illegals the hell out of here, and stop harboring and defending rapists and murderers, then please let us know! In the meanwhile, go to hell! You can't take our heroes! This whole thing is unconstitutional!

Want more proof? Just ask Rep. Tom Tancredo of Colorado. He is presently spearheading an effort to stop this gross travesty of justice in its tracks, and he can fill you in on the details. As long as you are at it, you may as well contact Condoleezza Rice and remind her that she works for the people of the United States, not Mexico!!

Need I also remind you all that handing American citizens over to a third world nation to face a kangaroo court is not only immoral but it is downright un-American? Now is the opportunity to stand up and fight for simple, common decency.

As a rape survivor I applaud what the Chapmans did in capturing a man convicted of 87 counts of rape. I'm sure the many victims of this man's sick behavior are thankful that he's locked up for the rest of his life.

As to the 'illegal' behavior of Dog Chapman, let's set a few things straight. He was never charged or found guilty of murder as Brian has claimed. Yes, he was involved with a bad crowd and did some bad things, the worst being an accessory to murder by driving the car the murderer rode in on the way to commit the crime. Yes, he served two years in prison for his part in this crime.

More importantly, he turned his life around as a result of this incident. Brian claims that this is bull. How would he know--is he a mindreader? Can he see into the heart of another man and know his true thoughts? Of course not! To determine if Dog truly made a serious change is his life we can only observe his actions after he was released from prison. His actions have shown him to be a loving father, devoted family man, and a hard working bounty hunter.

Bounty hunting is illegal in Mexico. Dog has been charged with misdemeanor offenses. Yes, Mexico is calling it Kidnapping because they don't allow Bounty Hunting. Would this be Kidnapping in the US? No. Mexico calls it Illegal Detaining because they don't allow Bounty Hunting. Would this be Illegal Detaining in the US? No. Did Dog 'jump bail?' Depends on how you look at the situation. The first Mexican judge indicated, this is from official news sources, that the entire situation was a misunderstanding and that Dog was free to go. He is not a resident of Mexico--he lives in Hawaii--so he returned home. He did not flee, or hide or become a fugitive. Everyone who owns a TV, and watches A&E, knew where to find him.

I am shocked that our government would actively particate in this event. Mexico wants to extradite Dog for misdemeanor charges? The Federal Marshalls broke into his home to arrest him on misdemeanor charges? Misdemeanor charges usually involve a fine and nothing more. Why is this case worth an extradition for trial?

Where was our government when Luster was crossing the border into Mexico? What was the Mexican government doing when they let Luster into Mexico?
