There were rumors circulating earlier this month that Fox was considering dropping Terminator: The Sarah Connor Chronicles after less than stellar ratings in its second season. Rumors schroomers! (Ok, That doesn't sound right.) That came out wrong. Anyway the point is, Fox has more faith in the series than people were giving it credit for because they’ve ordered the back nine episodes for season two.

According to HR, the series had a modest 5.7 million viewers tuning in to its most recent episode, which isn’t really all that spectacular. It’s somewhat disappointing that SCC doesn’t have a bigger audience, considering what a great series it is but with the competition it’s up against on Monday night, including ABC’s Dancing with the Stars, NBC’s Chuck, CBS’s Big Bang Theory and How I Met Your Mother, not to mention Monday Night Football, it’s not all that surprising.

If you’re a fan of Terminator: SCC, would you be opposed to Fox moving the series to another night in an effort to draw in more viewers? Or do you think it should stand firm on Monday nights at 8? Sound off in the comments section below!
