Fox's 2009 Summer TV Premiere Schedule

As much as I love getting into American Idol, I’ve come to love Fox’s So You Think You Can Dance even more. And now that Fox has posted their summer schedule, which starts out with the best dance competition series on TV, we can start counting down the days until the first half of the four-hour audition episode airs!

Below is Fox’s summer schedule, which includes the SYTYCD premiere as well as the premiere of Fox’s new series Mental, which follows a Dr. Jack Gallagher (Chris Vance), a young psychiatrist who is the Director of Mental Health Services at an L.A. hospital:

So You Think You Can Dance - Thursday, May 21 (8:00-10:00 PM ET/PT) (Once the DANCE auditions conclude, weekly performance shows will air Wednesdays (8:00-10:00 PM ET/PT), and weekly results shows will air Thursdays (9:00-10:00 PM ET/PT).)

Mental - Friday, May 22 (9:00-10:00 PM ET/PT)

Hell’s Kitchen - Tuesday, July 21 (8:00-10:00 PM ET/PT).

Are You Smarter Than a Fifth Grader? - Friday, May 22 (8:00-9:00 PM ET/PT)

Teen Choice Awards - Monday, August 10 (8:00-10:00 PM ET/PT)
