Gathering Clues For Fox's New Fall Series Fringe
One of Fox’s new series, set to premiere this September is the new JJ Abrams show, Fringe. In anticipation of the premiere I thought I’d gather some videos and images, as well as a few clues about the series. Similar to Abrams’ popular ABC series, Lost, it looks like Fringe is going to be layered with mysteries. There are some interesting little clues on Fox’s Fringe Website. Not having seen the pilot yet and only knowing some of the basics about the premise of the series, it’s been fun trying to put together some of the clues, though I’m guessing that like Lost, Fringe is going to be one of those shows that you have to watch every week and pay close attention to in order to follow.
If you visit Fox’s Fringe site right now you’ll see a flash video that plays a five different images. The first image is a leaf:
And when you click the leaf this video plays:
The second images is a six fingered hand:
Clicking that takes you to this video on youtube:
And clicking that takes you to the Fringe Blog
The fourth image is of a frog with what looks like the Greek letter Phi on it’s back:
Clicking on the frog brings you to this youtube video of JJ Abrams talking about the casting process for the show:
The fifth image is of a flower:
Clicking the flower takes you to the Fringe Facebook page.
There are two other Fringe teasers that have been circulating:
This one seems to emphasize the importance of knowing how to jump from rooftop to rooftop when you’re a government agent (or wanted for questioning by a government agent).
Below are some episode and promotional images for the series.
The two-hour premiere of Fringe will air on Fox on Tuesday, September 9th at 8:00 p.m. EST. CLICK HERE for the full Fox fall premiere schedule.
