Glee Video: Cast Sings National Anthem At World Series

While the World Series may have infringed on our ability to watch new episodes of Glee for the time being, Fox made it up to us Saturday night when the cast of Glee stepped out to sing the National Anthem before the Yanks went on to beat the Phillies. In case you missed it, check it out here!

Amber Riley, who plays Mercedes Jones, the resident diva of the glee club, took the lead, belting out a fantastic rendition of The Star Spangled Banner while her fellow glee-clubbers sang a harmonious back-up. Below is the video of the performance.



Glee will return with a new episode on Wednesday, November 11th. It’ll be an Artie-centered episode, titled “Wheels.”
