Is Mark Feuerstein A Royal Pain?

By Amanda MacArthur: 2008-07-15 20:30:19
Is Mark Feuerstein A Royal Pain? Mark Feuerstein is that guy you see on everything, but you can't remember his name, nor what else you've seen him in. I had to use imdb.com to figure it out myself. Turns out the first thing I remember seeing him on is Caroline in the City. I've since seen him on Sex in the City, and Good Morning, Miami. Sadly I did watch that last one a couple of times.

Well, even if you can't remember him, you're going to get a chance to get to know him a little better on a new show on USA. Hollywood Reporter has the scoop, “Mark Feuerstein has signed to star in USA Network's 90-minute pilot Royal Pains, lifting the cast contingency on the project. Meanwhile, Jace Alexander has come on board to direct. "Pains," from the Firm, is a medical show that centers on Hank Lawson (Feuerstein), an ex-ER doctor who becomes the on-call doctor for the rich denizens of the Hamptons.”

Not to complain, but seriously, aren't there enough medical shows on TV? I guess adding the twist of spoiled rich people to the mix is enough to shake it up for some people. I'll watch the first episode, just because Mark seems like a nice guy. And, I promise, from now on, I'll remember your name.
