It's Romantic Entanglements All Around On Ugly Betty This Thursday

Crushes are fun but oftentimes they have a tendency to bring out the insecurities in us. Such is the case in this week’s episode of Ugly Betty, appropriately titled “Crush’d.” I had the opportunity to watch the episode and I thought I’d share a few spoilers with you. So if you don’t want to know anything about the episode, here’s a good place to stop reading!

So we knew Betty’s resistance to romantic entanglements wouldn’t last, right? This week we’ll see her crush heavily on her cute neighbor Jesse. She completely loses her cool around the guy. I know, you’re probably thinking, “what cool?!” but seriously, you’ll see what I mean. Betty’s not the only one with crush-issues to deal with. Wilhelmina finds herself unwillingly attracted to the new CFO and who can blame her, what with the guy’s James-Bond-like suaveness? And last on the romantic-entanglement list is Marc and Cliff. Marc freaks out when Cliff wants to take the next step in their relationship.

Finally, for those of you Betty/Daniel fanatics (I know you’re out there!), the episode offers one of those truly great moments between Daniel and Betty. We also get one of those rare but adorable glimpses at Amanda’s sweet side. So far I think “Crush’d” may just be my favorite episode this season!

Ugly Betty airs on Thursday nights at 8:00 PM ET on ABC.
