As one of the three people who watched and loved Louis C.K.’s short-lived HBO sitcom Lucky Louie, I’m always happy to see the man get work. I just wish it was on a better show than NBC’s Office not-a-spin-off Parks and Recreation.
Variety reports that C.K. will do a multiple-episode guest stint on the sit-com this season, playing a police officer who either catches the eye of or has eyes for Amy Poehler’s Leslie Knope. He’ll first turn up in the second episode of the season. Parks and Recreation is set to premiere on September 17th on NBC. You can also catch C.K. in the upcoming Ricky Gervais comedy The Invention of Lying, opening on September 25th. |
