Matt Hardy Returns To Scare Tactics This Tuesday

This Tuesday, ECW champ Matt Hardy will return to Syfy’s Scare Tactics to revive his role as the escaped mental patient. Hardy appeared on the prank show once before last October. We have a clip from the episode, which airs December 1st.
