As a dude that’s seen every single episode of Dog: The Bounty Hunter ever produced, I’m more than a little giddy with anticipation over this next story. As the same dude that’s constantly mocked and ridiculed by his friends for watching a show about bounty hunting, I’m more than a little nervous for how this potential reality show could go over with the general public.

According to Deadline, Mexican bounty hunter Alfredo Arenas is currently pitching possible competition for Dog Chapman. The fifty year old head of the Baja California Fugitive Task Force is reportedly a pretty big badass, though, until I see him in action, I’ll withhold on speculation concerning whether his team could out-hunt my beloved Chapman family. Besides, I'm not even positive a team is involved here. He's head of a task force, which is a good sign, but it's unclear whether any of said members of the brute squad would be personable enough to include as regular characters.

As of yet, no networks have bitten, but with agent/ producer Bill Thompson (Pretty Wild), there’s a good chance one of the cable stations will give this a run. Check back for more updates in the future.
