New DWTS Cast Will Be Revealed During Bachelor Finale
If you can't wait to find out the next cast of ABC's Dancing with the Stars, then you're going to have to sit through the finale of The Bachelor: On the Wings of Love on March 1, 2010 from 8-10 PM ET. Either they're thinking these two audiences are made up of largely the same people, or they're hoping they can lure a DWTS-sized audience to The Bachelor finale.
While The Bachelor/Bachelorette franchies remains a successful one for the network, it's nowhere near what it once was. Meanwhile, Dancing with the Stars continues to defy the odds by posting up huge numbers with each subsequent season, even when they define "stars" as Bachelor cast-offs and reality show cast members.
Many fans will be anticipating this particular reveal, as the possibility still remains that Paula Abdul may join the show as a contestant. She could also appear as a judge, correspondent or not at all, but you can be sure her fans will be waiting with anticipation to see if she's among the new batch of celebrity dancers.
You can also catch the list online at ABC.com, updated each time Tom Bergeron's smiling face reveals another batch of celebrities. If you simply can't stand the thought of watching The Bachelor, but have to know who's on Dancing with the Stars, then here's what I suggest you do: pretend this article says that ABC will reveal the full list of contestants on their website at 10 PM ET on March 1, 2010. There, isn't that easy?
