Nick Goes On

What do you do after you get divorced from super-hottie Jessica Simpson? Well, if it was me I would be out every night using the “I can’t believe it’s over” sappy angle to bed as many gorgeous yet vapid beauties. Well, Nick Lachey is no Matt Norris. Lucky for him.

Lachey will soon film the pilot for a comedy “She Said/He Said” which he hopes will make the new CW Network’s fall lineup. No other cast members have signed on yet, but Lachey will star as Colin, a single man living in Manhattan. I might not be a genius but I would guess that we’ll need a female lead so that we can fill out the catchy show title.

You might be wondering what the hell is the CW network? Do you know those two networks that you never watch? Yes, the UPN and WB have merged and combined and formed the CW Network. The acronym stands for CBS (C) and Warner Brothers (W). Yeah, that catchy names says all you need to know about the creativity skills of TV executives these days.
