Ralph Macchio Returns To Ugly Betty This Week

When Ralph Macchio first appeared on Ugly Betty, playing the role of Archie the local Queens politician, he advised Hilda to get a permit for the beauty salon she’s been running (illegally) out of the Suarez’s household. Based on the video clips we have from this week’s episode, titled “Tornado Girl,” Hilda took the guy’s advice. Episode spoilers ahead!
