The first season of Lewis Black’s Root of all Evil is about to draw to a close. The final battle of the season? Las Vegas vs. The Human Body. Tomorrow night, Andrew Daly and Patton Oswalt will face off in a debate to state their cases as to why one is more evil than the other.
In case you haven’t seen any of the previous episodes of Root of all Evil, the series features various comedians as they argue over why one thing (often having something to do with pop culture) is more evil than another. Previous debates have included Youtube vs. Porn, High School vs. American Idol, Weed vs. Beer, and Dick Cheney vs. Paris Hilton. Some of the debaters from past episodes are Paul F. Tompkins, Kathleen Madigan, Greg Giraldo and Andy Kindler. Comedian Lewis Black oversees the debate each week. Tomorrow night Andrew Daly and Patton Oswalt will go head to head in the season finale to make their humorous cases. Is Las Vegas the root of all evil, what with its casinos, all-you-can-eat buffets, showgirls and free cocktails? Or is the human body, which sometimes craves things like buffets, dancing ladies and drinks, more evil? Here’s a video: Lewis Black’s Root of all Evil airs on Wednesday night at 10:30 p.m. on Comedy Central |
