SAG Award Nominations Announced

The writers may still be on strike but the Screen Actors Guild isn’t taking time off from acknowledging some exceptional performances this year. In the television categories, actors in veteran series like The Sopranos and The Office received nominations. The guild also took notice of some outstanding performances in new series. Glenn Close was nominated for her role in Damages, Christina Applegate received a nomination for her starring role in the new comedy series, Samantha Who? and the cast of Mad Men made the list for Drama Ensemble nominees.
