Sneak Peek: Heroes - Finally Letting Go Of Nathan

Sneak Peek: Heroes - Finally Letting Go Of Nathan It’s finally time for Nathan to go. Back in October rumors abounded that a major male character would be killed off early in the season. One of the original heroes. Then word got out that Adrian Pasdar, who plays Nathan Petrelli, is out of the show. And while I don’t hate Nathan’s character, I certainly don’t care about him. With this season’s Jekyll and Hyde versions of Sylar in both body (Nathan vs Sylar) and mind (Parkman vs Sylar) something has to be done to rectify this most horrific of plot lines.

Last week we saw what we assume is the end of the mind battle when Parkman committed suicide by cop. So the question is whether there were two major character deaths planned for the first half of the season, or if behind the scenes politics dictated two people leaving. Or will we see Parkman return in some metaphysical form?

I don’t know, but now that Samuel “T-Bag” Sullivan’s grand plan is starting to be revealed he’s beginning to become a far more appealing villain than Sylar could hope to be in the current state. So it’s with great relief that Sylar will soon be released from Nathan’s grasp. Then he can hook up with Samuel, go on his murderous rampage of revenge to clear the Heroes house out, and eventually take Samuel down.

Below is a high res version of a sneak peak photo from next week’s Heroes, which airs at 8pm ET on NBC.
