The Kentucky Kid Hits MTV This Friday

We all love stories about people with big dreams who beat the odds and achieve their goals. I cant watch Rudy without tearing up a bit the second that one player starts the “Rooo-dy” chant. Or when the dad tries not to cry as he applauds his son, overwhelmed with pride. Ok, not only am I going off topic but I’m also starting to well up so back to the story at hand. This Friday, MTV is set to air a two-hour special chronicling the success of Motorcycle Racer, Nicky Hayden.

The Kentucky Kid showcases some of the highlights of Hayden’s career, which includes the accident that set him back in his goal to be the next MotoGP World Champion. Getting to the top is one thing but staying at the top can be an even harder task. Such is likely to be the case for Hayden, who has achieved some of his goals but appears to be far from retiring anytime soon.
